Promigra d.o.o., (“Promigra” or “8DReport.com” or “we” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information of identifiable individuals who visit the 8dreport.com website including subdomains (the “Site”) and use the services available thereon (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information that we gather on or through the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information. By visiting the Site, or by purchasing or using the Service, you accept the privacy practices described in this Policy.

Definitions

Client” means a customer of 8DReport.com.

How We Collect Information

When you join us as a user of our Services, we ask for personal information that will be used to activate your account, provide the Services to you, communicate with you about the status of your account, and for other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You will be asked to create a private password, which will become part of your account information. A Client or User may store or upload into the Service Client Data. Promigra has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data it hosts as part of Client Data. Each Client is responsible for providing notice to its customers and third persons concerning the purpose for which Client collects their Personal Data and how this Personal Data is processed in or through the Service as part of Client Data.

Log Data. When you visit the Site, whether as a Promigra Customer or a non-registered user just browsing, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and the Service and for the Site’s technical administration, to increase our Site’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs.

We may obtain information, including Personal Data, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as our partners, advertisers, credit rating agencies, and Integrated Services. We use the information – other than Client Data – to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, to provide the services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and to provide support to users of the Service. We process Client Data solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable Client or User.

We use the information to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our Visitors and Users, to improve the Service, and to develop new products, services, feature, and functionality. Should this purpose require Promigra to process Client Data, then the data will only be used in anonymized or aggregated form.

We may occasionally communicate with you regarding our products, services, news and events. You have the option not to receive this information. We will cease to communicate with you for this purpose if you click the unsubscribe link or contact us and tell us not to communicate this information to you. The only kind of communications that you may not “oput-out” are those required to inform you about information specific to your account, planned Services suspensions and outages.

We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the Public Area of the Site, and create user navigation reports for our Site administrators. Google operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review. Google may use the information collected through Google Analytics to evaluate Users’ and Visitors’ activity on our Site.

To Whom We Disclose the Information

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website and the quality of our service, and is not intentionally shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Promigra d.o.o. is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Promigra d.o.o. will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We work with third party service providers who provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to, or process Personal Data or Client Data as part of providing those services for us. We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and our contracts with them require them to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

Cookies

We use cookies and log files to track user information. A cookie is a small file that is transferred to your browser by a web server and is stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are required to use Promigra services. We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.

Data Storage

Promigra uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although Promigra owns the code, databases and all rights to the Promigra applications, you retain all rights to your data.

Security

We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. If you forget your password, we will ask you for your email address and send you an email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password.

We recommend that you use passwords that is hard for a person or program to discover (“strong password”). Use passwords that are long (at least 8 characters), complex, unpredictable and difficult to guess.

We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.
